A dedicated entrepreneur and father, Gates purchased the $18 million Rancho Paseana equestrian home for his teenage daughter who competes in horse jumping. When he’s not with the horses in Rancho Santa Fe, Gates also can be found at his other home in the Del Mar Country Club.
