    For the 34th year, the Mission Federal ArtWalk is taking place in one of San Diego’s most cultural neighborhoods, Little Italy. On Saturday and Sunday, 17 blocks of Little Italy are going to be transformed into an arts and culture event. Experience over 350 artists and their fine jewelry, photography, sculptures, paintings and glass work. There will also be food, live performances, and attractions for kids.

    5th Annual San Diego Shaka Fest

    Celebrate Hawaiian culture with this fun day on Mission Bay! The day will be filled with a SUP race for kids and adults, different Hawaiian and Tahitian entertainment, as well as islander inspired food vendors and boutique vendors. This event is hosted by the non-profit charity and youth-only Nā Koa Kai Canoe Club. Head over to De Anza Cove Park to enjoy a Hawaiian day!

    Adams Avenue Unplugged

    Head over to Adams Avenue this Saturday for a two-mile stretch of live music. From University Heights to Kensington, you can visit different musical performances located inside restaurants, coffee houses, bars and galleries lining the neighborhood. Each establishment will have its own special ambiance. Put on your most comfortable shoes and walk around Adams Avenue to find your next favorite show.

    For the 54th year, the Lakeside Rodeo brings the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association to the Lakeside arena. Stop by to catch 4 full rodeo performances like bull riding, saddle bronc riding, steer wrestling, barrel racing, tie-down roping, bareback riding and more! Enjoy delicious snacks and drinks while you watch this very exciting and entertaining show!

    San Diego Padres vs. New York Mets

    San Diego Padres vs New York Mets

    Head out to the ballgame this weekend to catch the San Diego Padres play the New York Mets at Petco Park. Friday’s game features CocktailFest where you will find a pre-game happy hour in the park! Saturday’s Game features a free Padres hoodie giveaway to some of the first to enter the park. Lastly, Sunday’s game features a KidsFest as well as a Military Salute.

    Pet Day on The Bay

    For the past 17 years, Hornblower has thrown this fun and pet-friendly event. Pet Day on The Bay is the perfect opportunity to bring your dog along on a Hornblower cruise around the San Diego Bay. People board the cruise for just $27 and can bring their dog along for free. Guests are encouraged to bring gently used blankets or towels to donate to needy animals at the Helen Woodward Animal Center.
